College of Radiologic Technology
Radiologic Technology is an auxiliary branch of Radiology that deals with the technical application of radiation in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The technological advancements since the discovery of x-rays have been overwhelming that imaging evolves into one of the most needed in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases areas such as Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasonography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional Radiology, Mammography, Radiotherapy among others.
Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology is a four-year degree program that involves didactic and clinical competency training in the different aspects of imaging sciences for the main purpose of producing quality output for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
Graduates of the program must have the knowledge to perform its tasks with confidence, effectiveness and efficiency in patient care, operation of specialized equipment in a competent and safe manner.

The College of Radiologic Technology will provide a quality radiological science education equip with knowledge, skills and attitude in didactic and clinical setting to the field of Diagnostic Medical Imaging.
Goals and Objectives
- To develop future Radiologic Technology professionals who will perform their tasks with competency, confidence effectiveness and efficiency in quality imaging with utmost adherence to the professional ethics and radiation protection in their practice of their profession.
- To develop and hone the clinical and academic competence of the students that will enable them to become to key figure in the diagnostic and therapeutic imaging.
- To inculcate the values of their profession through the development of their moral character with emphasis on the importance of work ethics, honesty, integrity, discipline, and self-reliance.
- To widen their continuing education on several issues concerning their profession, research, trends on technological innovations in the practice of their professions globally.

The Arellano University College of Radiologic Technology develops students’ knowledge, skills, and attitude in the practice of the radiography and specialized areas and other emergent field. It ensures that graduates of the program are competent according to the established standard of Radiologic Technology education as mandated by the Commission on Higher Education and international standards. It inculcates the values, integrity, sense of commitment, compassion in the service of God and country as they practice their profession.
