88TH National Book Week Celebration

With the theme BASA. BAYAN. BUKAS. The Junior Librarians Club of AU- Andres Bonifacio Campus celebrated a series of activities held online on January 27-28, 2023. It included Virtual Library Quiz Bee, Library Minecraft, Skribble.10 and Spice the Ink (poetry writing). Winners were awarded medals and Certificates of Recognition.

 

Best Research and Speaker

The Humanities and Social Sciences Strand of the Apolinario Mabini Campus gave this year’s Best Research Award in Grade 12 to the research paper entitled “Oh Em Gie! There’s an Eksena, Let’s call Darna” The Effectiveness of Bystanders’ Presence as a Support System in Emergency Situations Allowing Individuals to Provide Voluntary Assistance in the Street Without Any Constraints”. The Best Speaker Award went to Adrian P. Lanopa, who also got the same award last year.

 

AU-JAS Hosted Chief Leadership Conference

To equip and boost the leadership competencies of aspiring Chief leaders the AU-Jose Abad Santos Campus hosted the second year of the Chief’s Leadership Training 2022 with the theme “Quantum Leap: Unboxing AU Leaders’ Potentials”. The 4-day training was spearheaded by the Arellano University Supreme Student Council and was held on Nov. 23-26 in a private Facebook page.
