Scholarship Programs

F. CAYCO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who are AU graduates specially nominated for the grant. The scholarship is for 100% of tuition and miscellaneous fee.

Requirements:

  • Certified copy of the grades
  • Certificate of enrollment
  • First time recipients must obtain and present the Certificate of Award of the F. Cayco Memorial Scholarship

 

E. ESGUERRA SCHOLARSHIP FOR VALEDICTORIAN/SALUTATORIAN

This scholarship is awarded to AU elementary graduates with honors (First Honors and Second Honors).

Requirements:

  • Certification letter from the principal
  • Photocopy of card

 

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP FOR ELEMENTARY GRADUATES WITH HONORS

AU GRADUATES AND NON-AU GRADUATES

  • With Highest Honors 100% on tuition fee only (GWA 98-100%)
  • With High Honors 75% on tuition fee only (GWA 95-97%)
  • With Honors 50% on tuition fee only (GWA 90-94%)

Requirements:

  • Certification letter from the Principal with GWA and indicate with Honors, with High Honors or with Highest Honors.
  • Photocopy of card

 

COLLEGE ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP FOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES WITH HONORS

AU GRADUATES AND NON-AU GRADUATES

  • With Highest Honors 100% on tuition fee only (GWA 98-100%)
  • With High Honors 75% on tuition fee only (GWA 95-97%)
  • With Honors 50% on tuition fee only (GWA 90-94%)

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT IN COLLEGE

This is awarded to college students for individual academic achievements in the course of a semester or school year. This cover all year levels in college and includes tuition fees. To qualify; one must be enrolled with 18 units minimum load for the computed semester. To subsequently enjoy the scholarship, previous recipients must maintain any of the top highest general weighted average (GWA) in the immediate preceding term or semester as follows:

  • 1.00 - 1.25       100% on tuition fee only
  • 1.26 - 1.50       75% on tuition fee only
  • 1.51 - 1.75       50% on tuition fee only

***NOTE: No grades lower than 2.0 to qualify and should be recommended by the department head, Guidance department and Registrar’s office.

 

FOR ELEMENTARY/JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (PRECEDING SCHOOL YEAR)

  • 1st Honor (Highest average in grade level based from the preceding school year) 100% on tuition fee only.
  • 2nd Honor (Second highest average in grade level based from the preceding school year) 50% on tuition fee only.
  • 3rd Honor (Third highest average in grade level based from the preceding school year) 25% on tuition fee only.

Requirements:

  • Certification letter from the principal with GWA and indicate with Honors/Highest average.
  • Photocopy of card
